Residence in Glyfada

Simple lines and pure geometric volumes, are the basic design princi­ples of the Private Resi­dence in Glyfada, which is developed in L shape, thus ensuring the priva­cy of the occupants. So much the shape of the building, as well as the large windows create a continuous and recipro­cal relationship of inter­nal and external space, while the principles of bioclimatic architecture have been implement­ed in order to improve microclimatic condi­tions inside and outside the house by minimiz­ing its operating costs.
